👉★AI 數據服務事業部丨Head of Research and development★

Develop and deliver the strategic vision and direction in R&D for the Flow data management platform for various AI applications perception data and evolve as the team grows.
Build and lead the R&D team to deliver software, infrastructure, and architecture that meet the needs of both AI customers and the community of labelers who work remotely from home.
Work effectively with project managers and the operation team to ensure structured data delivery meets the AI industry’s standard.
Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide clear & visible progress on all software development activities.
Survey and identify the latest technology trends which can support the future success of the business by rapid prototyping.
Promote strong engineering principles including writing DRY code, test-driven development (unit, functional and end-to-end testing), code reviews, and CI/CD.
Mentor and ensure the performance of members of the R&D team.

Collaborate on work estimation, database schemas, front-end mockups, and architectural decisions for human-in-the-loop tools.
Build & improve code across the entire web stack of the existing data management platform
Design, develop and deploy front-end features such as interactive interfaces as well as back-end solutions such as APIs and post-processing pipelines.
Collaborate with teams to provide insightful data via reports or dashboard, to assist the whole team in objective and performance analysis

共同維運「若水AI專業數據匯流平台」
熟悉AWS S3服務，並通過各種方法訪問S3中的數據
熟悉AWS EC2、AWS Serverless Lambda以進行專案任務
將MySQL或NoSQL DB中的數據轉換為各種類型的文件，例如：.csv，.xml，.json，.txt，反之亦然
使用Crontab Schedule和multi-thread Python技能進行報表維護
在AWS環境中調查並安裝工具
